Valsts prezidenta Valda Zatlera prezidentūras pēdējā dienā, 7.jūlijā, Jūrmalas rezidencē tika rīkots „atvērto durvju” pasākums plašsaziņas līdzekļu pārstāvjiem,  lai iepazīstinātu ar Valsts prezidenta rezidences telpām.
